Adult Beginners Hoop COURSE
In our 4 week beginners course we will teach you the fundamental mounts, dismounts, beginners shapes, strengthening exercises and introduce you to some simple rolls and transitions to start your aerial journey. The course runs the same day every week for 4 weeks with the same instructor and group of people so everyone can get to know each other build on their skills each week. Aerial fitness is for anyone, no matter what level of fitness or strength, age, size, gender, shape or flexibility. Everyone starts out as a beginner! The class is very welcoming, friendly and open to all. All you need is a willingness to try something new and you will surprise yourself at how much you will achieve!

Adult Mixed Ability Hoop
This class is for adults mixed ability: anyone is welcome to attend this class from beginners, improvers and up. The instructor will give a range of moves for different abilities and can also introduce beginners to the equipment. As a mixed ability class you will learn various moves on the aerial hoop ranging from gorgeous elegant shapes, strength conditioning, top bar moves, rolls, and spins.

Thursday - 19:45
Adult Improvers Hoop
This class is for improvers and up. This class is not suitable for beginners. In this class you will learn more difficult moves on the hoop including use of the top bar. We will introduce beats, drops, rolls and work towards more intermediate level moves along with tougher conditioning and strengthening.
Prerequisites: Must be able to do the following moves: cradle, gazelle, amazon (side and front), star on the bar (back balance), high arabesque, at least 2 different mounts onto the hoop (e.g. pike and delilah).

Friday - 19:30
Adult Open Training
This is an open training session - not an instructed class. Sophie the instructor will be in the room available for advice and help otherwise you are free to use the hoops as you wish for the hour! There are 3 hoops available therefore you may be sharing a hoop with others. Please ensure you are safe and not attempting moves you have never been taught or teaching other students moves they are not familiar with.
*Beginners must have attended at least 2 instructed classes before attending an open training.

Youth Mixed Aerial
MIXED AERIAL - TRAPEZE, HOOP, SLING
This class is for complete beginners ages 7-16 years.
In this class Sophie will teach the basic mounts, dismounts, beginners shapes, strengthening exercises and introduce some simple rolls and transitions. Sophie will teach moves and transitions step by step, so children can build at their own pace and later progress to combos and short routines. Games and creativity are encouraged and safety is always our priority.
Aerial classes require a high level of concentration and maturity. If your child is below the recommended age but already has a gymnastics background, please contact us to see if they may be suited for this class.

Youth Aerial Hoop
This class is for complete beginners ages 7-16 years.
In this class Sophie will teach the basic mounts, dismounts, beginners shapes, strengthening exercises and introduce some simple rolls and transitions. Sophie will teach moves and transitions step by step, so children can build at their own pace and later progress to combos and short routines. Games and creativity are encouraged and safety is always our priority.
We have an aerial hoop in-house syllabus levels 1-10 that students work towards and gain certificates to prove they can perform tricks safely and develop foundational skills required for harder tricks.
Aerial classes require a high level of concentration and maturity. If your child is below the recommended age but already has a gymnastics background, please contact us to see if they may be suited for this class.

Saturday - 13:30
Strength & Conditioning for Aerial
This class is for adults at any ability: anyone is welcome to attend this class from beginners, improvers and up but be prepared to work hard! Instructor Katie will guide you through floor based exercises and also conditioning using the aerial hoops themselves. This class is designed to build core strength, stamina and upper body strength and extremely useful for those intending to level up their training. No matter your experience level, you'll find a welcoming space to challenge yourself, build endurance, and enjoy the journey. Aerial fitness is for anyone, no matter what level of fitness or strength, age, size, gender, shape or flexibility. Everyone starts out as a beginner! The class is very welcoming, friendly and open to all.

Our classes have limited spaces and require booking online via our booking site GymCatch. Please visit the link below to sign up and book your class. You will need to sign a waiver before participating.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to bookinto an alternative session. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Any monetary refunds need to be requested manually by contacting us.
Cancellations after 24 hours will not be refunded, transferred or credited back.
