Have questions about our classes? Find answers to common queries below.
I have no upper body strength can I still come to a class?
This is why you come to class! Strength is built up as you attend class and flexibility is not essential. Our beginners classes have slightly lower hoops to aid getting into the hoops initially. Everyone starts as a beginner! It takes time to build strength to feel natural in the air, be patient and remember not to compare your journey to others.

I'm nervous about going on my own!
Everyone gets nervous! Classes have a very friendly, welcoming environment and people tend to bond very quickly as you are sharing equipment.

Am I too fat/old/shy/unfit to come to a class?
NO you're perfect the way you are! Everyone gets insecure about themselves, nobody cares what they look like in class and are far too busy trying to nail that new move or trying to remember what the instructor just showed them. Remember that coming to class regularly will make you stronger, flexier, more toned just with some extra fun and giggles along the way!
